LIVE ZOOM WORKSHOP WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY 21 NOVEMBER FROM 10AM - 1PM (UK TIME)

Open to both beginner and more adventurous jewellery-makers, this is a hands-on live Zoom workshop where you will be making, reworking or repairing your own piece of costume jewellery along with Nicole.

If making a piece using a kit purchased from us, on the workshop, Nicole will guide you through the step-by-step process of how to construct the piece and help you troubleshoot any problems.

If making a piece using your own materials and components, Nicole will be on hand to advise you on any design suggestions, or any construction techniques and tips that will help you to realise your idea.

The main purpose of running this as a live workshop is to allow you to ring-fence this time and indulge yourself in a creative and rewarding activity for a few hours.

You will get the most of this workshop if you come prepared with a basic kit of jewellery-making tools and some jewellery-making materials — either sourced from us as a kit, or sourced elsewhere. WORKSHOP TIME: 10AM - 1PM (UK TIME)

During this live workshop, you’ll learn:

• How the knitting process actually works

• How to repair ladders in knitting

• How to invisibly repair a hole in your knitwear (big or small) — two methods

• How to source yarn for your repair that matches your garment exactly

• The answer to any question you may have about invisibly repairing holes in your knitwear!

After the workshop, you will be sent:

• A link to the replay of the live Zoom workshop which you can watch back at any time

• A link to a library of clear step-by-step tutorial videos demonstrating the techniques you were shown on the live workshop

As an additional add-on, you can order our Knitwear Repair Workshop Kit which contains a starter pack of repair tools, plus knitwear swatches for you to practice the techniques you will be learning on the workshop, alongside me.

PLEASE NOTE that the cut-off date for orders will be Friday 21 November to receive your kit in time for the live workshop. Any orders placed after this date may not arrive in time for the live workshop.
